IMPORTANT: There’s no office, there’s no “promo/tour selling booth” or something like that.

• We are a family-run operation, and we conduct business from our home.
• The address stated here is our meeting/departure location – you’ll see our boat(s) there.
• You would be met by our crew members and/or one of the owners.
• We keep our boats in a private marina overnight, we bring them to the meeting point before the tour starts.
• It takes them 10 minutes to arrive, while we do the tour info & safety briefing.
  

  So, if you’re there too early and don’t see the boats – don’t worry, this is why, we’ll be there.

MAKE SURE YOU PAY ON THE PARKING METER – you can do it by phone.
2) There’s a public garage behind the Ambasador hotel – you pay at the exit.
