Rafting Split info
Rafting Split is a half- day outdoor activity combinig boats, river, nature and adrenaline.
It’s done in town called Omiš (Omish), founded by pirates, gives you fun, excitement and adrenaline filled day.
Omiš is situated 20 km south-east from Split, so it would take us approx half an hour to get there, maybe more during the peak of the season, due to the possible rush hour.
River’s name is Cetina, and it’s class 3 river (1= boring, 5= dangerous) rafting wise, which makes it perfect for this activity (there’s a powerplant abowe the rafting course, which regulates perfect water flow and level).
You’d be taken to the starting point by our driver, introduced to your qualified skippers, equipped and briefed (basic rules and “skipper commads” woudl be explained) what to do and expect.
Rafting itself lasts approx 3 hours with time-out to do some river swimming or cliff diving.
At the end point you’d met by our driver holding your belongings, and after being dried and dressed- brought back to Split.
We have morning and afternoon rafting, every day.
Meeting location & time
We meet at the very waterfront promenade Riva, where all the boats and booths are. Right in front of the Diocletian Palace’s southern basements entrance.
Rafting Split starts when everyone is accounted for and seated in the vehicle.
